* Disconnection & removal of existing sanitary ware, tiles  and redundant Plumbing pipework.

* Alterations to internal walls / doors if required.

* First fix Plumbing, Heating & Electrical systems.

* Plaster/ tile board  and plastering where required.

* Installation of  fitted baths, shower trays, wetroom floor systems, concealed cisterns and any fitted furniture.

* Wall / Floor tiling and decoration of walls / ceilings as specified.

* Installation of free standing baths, basins, taps, toilets, shower controls, shower enclosures and towel rails.

* Filling, testing and commissioning of completed installation.
